If we can raise $100 per month, I will be able to pay for health insurance!  Woo!  That means I can probably survive long enough to keep making comics, animations, and games!!
Hungry for Guinea Something Good
$250 per month
If we can raise $250 per month, I can buy groceries!  Wow, food!  With food, I'll be able to not starve to death, making Guinea Something Good production much easier!!
Sheltered from the Elements
$1,250 per month
If we can raise $1,250 per month, I can rent an apartment somewhere!  With basic shelter, I'll be able to not constantly fight off wolves and other beasts when drawing!!

I am an animator/cartoonist and the creator of the series Guinea Something Good.  I studied comics at the Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont and traditional animation at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

What is this?
This is your opportunity to help support the creation of Guinea Something Good comics, animated shorts, and games, as well as the graphic novel, Notes from Outerworld.

This is a service much like Kickstarter.  But instead of trying to raise one large amount to create one large project, smaller contributions are given every month to help support the on-going production of smaller, regularly updated projects.

By becoming a patron, you get access to exclusive content every month.  See below for more information.

What is Guinea Something Good?
Guinea Something Good is a regularly updated comedy comic strip and animated series that has been running for over three years now.  It's an absurdist comic strip about cartoon guinea pigs.

What is Notes from Outerworld?
Originally titled "featuring Talking Guinea Pigs!", Notes from Outerworld is a sci-fi comedy graphic novel about guinea pigs from a highly advanced planet that wind up in 19th century Russia, amongst the human intelligentsia of the day.  It first began in 2008 and updated until 2011.  There was a three year hiatus, while I focused all my attention on Guinea Something Good, but now it's back in business.

Who are you?
My name is Jeff Mumm, and I've been drawing comics since I was a kid.  In fact, Joe and George are based on my childhood pet guinea pigs.  I've been making webcomics since the 7th grade, and I've tried to learn everything I could in the intervening years to make a living doing this.  I'm still not there yet, but with you're help, that might one day become a reality.
