Mustardy Tofu with Mustardy Broccoli and Mustardy Potatoes (s01e05)
 
This is the first recipe from Blue Apron that I made more than once, and I’ve made it six or seven times by now, probably because it tastes somewhat sweet. I don’t have a sweet tooth, I have 30 of them. And yet, there’s no sugar in here. I guess it has something to do with how shallots interact with vinegar. Whatever, it’s delicious, and Lyn agrees.
