I have been obese all of my life, but I am turning that around! I had diabetes for 25+ years, but that is gone now! In 2016 I almost died, I had a heart attack and quadruple bypass surgery! I have completely turned my health around, though!
I have gone from a maximum weight of 430 Pounds to my current weight of about 260 Pounds! I am still on my way to fitness, but I will make it! I want to help others achieve this success too! Through the support of this community I want to spread the word of how to fix your health problems the way I did! I want to go to conferences to show people what I did and how they can do it too!
I have had an incredible journey going from 430 pounds on my way to fitness. Can you join me for the rest of the journey? This will include my final push to fitness and helping others do the same!
