Milestone Goals
Timelapse Comic process Videos.
Every Monday I'll post a new timelapse video that captures my entire comic making process. From laying down the words to the freckles on Lynn's Face. I'll also post some process videos of other drawings and sketches as well.
Paying it Forward.
At $500 dollars I'll be taking 10% of that ($50) and paying it forward to the Patreon community and pledging support to creators I like and think deserve the the help! I hope I can inspire others to do the same.
A monthly Podcast.
At $750 I'll create a monthly podcast where we'll talk comics, the internet, geek culture, video games and I'll bring on special guests and friends to interview. This is something I've always wanted to do but never have had the time to do it.

I'm a Toronto based Animator/Illustrator best known for the popular Online comic I am ARG! I've been a professional artist for over 10 years now and have created 2 books and worked on a number of animated TV shows.

I'm Andrew Gregoire and I'm creating the online comic strip ARG!
My goal with Patreon is to make the best comics I can, as often as I can and to provide them to everyone for free online! Right now, I pay my living expenses with animation work, commissions advertising and freelance jobs. Each one of those eats up a huge chunk of my life. That's time I could be using to make more comics and other free content for you lovely people. More is better I'm told. More cake is always better.
After working in the animation industry for over 6 years I felt the need to create something that was truly of my mind and share it with the world (I'm sorry). I started ARG! in may of 2011 as a semi autobiographical experiment. It then snowballed into the nerd humor comic about a couple facing their impending adulthood and all the nerdy hilarity and horror that ensues. It's been the main creative focus in my life for the last 4 years and it's all thanks to a tremendously awesome group of readers!
By becoming a patron you'll be making it easier for me to shift my focus into making more free content for all. I've had projects lined up and ready to go for years now and this is the opportunity to see them born.
Depending on your contribution you'll be given exclusive access to pre-production sketches, unused comics, first in line for special merchandise offers, access to a monthly drink and draw stream, commissions and various other works. These are things very few people get to see and I'm opening it up to patrons. I really want to make my Patreon feed the best place to get all the extra content I create and create a space where I can bounce ideas and showcase new things to you good looking folks.
So I have to pay to read the comic now? No no no. Fear not! ARG! as it is today, will always be free and updated. I just want to make more free stuff and offer some incentives to those that wish help me out. I hope that with your help we can make ARG and all the other things I create even better.
