Level 2
I'll be some way towards making something back on my initial cost of equipment and time!
Level 3
I'll be able to turn down the advertisers and look into creating more internet content.
Level 4
I'll be able to invest more time and effort into the Comedians Book Club being a monthly regular feature.
Level 5
I can begin to invest time and effort into doing live shows where you can meet and ask the experts ANYTHING and they'll discuss it live (and of course, these episodes will be recorded and put out for free).
Level 6
I can do this semi-full time with no advertising and be able to extend the content I create beyond podcasts (maybe more "indie guides").
Level 7
I've a ton of ideas for how to expand the audience for the podcast into more areas of industry (beyond the UK for example). This will be the point I feel I can.
Level 8
I can make this show a much more regular thing (weekly) and give it a schedule. At the moment I am running it around my day job, gigging, writing and show prep because they're the things that pay.

Hello and welcome to my Patreon page. Please take off your shoes, the carpet is new...
I'll make this quick... I don't like adverts. So I need another way of making a tiny bit of money on my time investment to making podcasts [iTunes link].
I believe in the power of free content and community, as a result the podcasts will always be free. However, my time isn't. It takes up to 12 hours of work to make each podcast...
Here's where you come in. This site is basically a digital tip jar. Every time I provide you with a podcast, you send me a tip. As much or as little as you like. Remember that for every $1 you tip me, I get around 80p (which can change depending on the exchange rate).
I make 3 pods per month so it'll cost you £2.40 to send me $1 per episode per month. That's a cup of tea at Starbucks (probably, I don't drink there). You can also set a limit so you never spend more than you can.
I'd love to invest more time into the shows and travel to guests further afield as well as doing live shows.
If you like my work and want to support me making more free internet content please consider donating a few quid per pod. Every little bit helps.

Do NOT donate if you can't afford it. I don't want anyone else going into debt for this project other than me.
