Weekly Programs for Health and Training - Images, videos and other resources are all available. We're excited - we're motivated and if you're looking for a bit of either of those, come and play with us!
We do PAID content once per week - not more, not less (we always try to target Wednesday, so you have new programs for the weekend) and free stuff often (photos, ideas, vids, thoughts).

50 Patrons would mean a new video type! We often get asked for acro-yoga type exercises.  Theres some significant time to be put into creating these, as there's lots of moves and positions to demonstrate - BUT - they are a world of fun and we'd love to start doing these as well.
