What Do I Do At The Gym? is a show dedicated to helping the most people feel the most empowered about their fitness experience.

Hosted by Michele Burmaster, President of the Body Positive Fitness Alliance and author of What Do I Do At The Gym? An Interactive Manual, this web series focuses on a different topic each episode with the goal of making fitness and gyms more accessible, approachable and inclusive for ALL people.

Episodes average 25 minutes each and deliver information to you in a very beginner friendly format. You'll be able to understand and follow along and ultimately, feel more badass the next time you step into the gym. 

Modeled around a similar format to the renowned Good Eats and the increasingly popular Adam Ruins Everything, What Do I Do At The Gym? is sure to edutain you until you're feeling so empowered you walk right into that gym and own it!
