ABOUT PATREON

Patreon is a wonderful place that allows patrons (you!) to support artists and creators like myself with pledges as small as £3 or as high as you'd like! if you're a fan of my work and would like to help me obtain a little stability with my small business, please consider pledging. you can see my tiers just to the right, and once you pledge you can cancel, re-pledge or change your chosen tier whenever you want!

ABOUT ME
Hi there! I'm Betty, although alot of you know me by my true name; Shannon. I'm a self employed artist and photographer from Nottingham, U.K. And I specialise in digital portraits & traditional paintings and pinups.

I've been creating art since I was a child, and producing portfolios for professional and amateur models for almost 10 years. I decided to create a Patreon to keep all of my creative endeavours in one place, where my fans can see the art I'm producing, as well as the process.

if you're already a follower of my work then you'll know the main reason why I create. If you're new to my page, let me give a small introduction into what drives me to create.

if you look closely at my portfolio you will see a running theme, that running theme is diversity. I started my business with nothing but a small but tight knit and supportive fanbase on Facebook. I started asking my fans what they wanted me to create, what kind of bodies they wanted to see in my art, and they told me. And then I started to realise that most of the artists that I followed were creating art of very similar body shapes and usually white or light skin colours. My fanbase were asking me to represent them. They wanted to see darker skin, thicker thighs, hairy legs, visible disabilities and so much more. Nowadays, my main focus is to represent the underrepresented. My art began to carry more meaning than just being nice to look at.

if you'd like to support a small time artist that wants all girls and women to see themselves in art, then please consider being a patron.

thank you.
Shannon ❤
