An introduction to the theoretical fundamentals of boxing training and technique. A review of terminology used in boxing training. In addition, discussing the value of strength training as it pertains to boxing and overall general fitness and well being.
The focus being on boxing & strength training circuit workouts. 

Advanced circuit training programs will be included.
Focusing on technique, range of motion and progressively increasing the intensity and volume of the training to execute.

A Nutritional component will be available such as suggestions for healthy snacks and smoothies. 

The introduction of The Boxing 4 Fitness Company's Boxing Intelligence Series. This program focuses on the ten traits we believe contribute to being an effective and successful boxer.
Detailed written boxing and strength training programs.

The Boxing 4 Fitness Company coaches are certified by the (NCCP) National Coaching Certification Program; the governing body for all amateur sport in Canada from novice up to the Olympic level.

We ensure that all programs are as effective and safe as possible.
