About

Welcome to the Patreon page for But Seriously: The Cancer Podcast, a free podcast hosted by two-time cancer survivor and Cancer Survivorship Coach, Bert Scholl.

As the host of But Seriously: The Cancer Podcast, Bert engages in in-depth conversations with individual cancer survivors, providing an insider’s perspective into some of the most intimate details of their cancer journey. As cancer survivors, we are often each others’ most powerful allies and greatest sources of inspiration. Each one of us has a unique ability to empathize with one another and to remind each other that while having cancer was never optional, our suffering always is. Rarely are these raw and vulnerable conversations shared so transparently, but Bert believes when we reveal ourselves truthfully, others have permission to do the same.

Without the generous efforts of others, this podcast would never have happened, especially Nate Richardson, the owner of Rep Studios. It began and will continue to be a project for the community sourced by the community. And we hope you'll consider joining that community. One hundred percent of contributions will go directly toward post-production costs. BS:TCP is also eager for any collaboration or association with foundations that are likewise driven by a mission of cancer awareness. With backing like that, we would be able to contact and engage an audience on a much broader level. It's important that cancer survivors, their families, and their communities, know that they have a place to connect with positive like minds - and you could help us reach them.

Thank you so much for keeping this possibility alive. No one should have to go through cancer alone.
