About

Hello! I am a comic creator and illustrator based in Kent (UK). I produce the ongoing web comic 'By The Book'. Any time I have left is spent playing video games, painting miniatures and playing tabletop RPGs and war games.

My Name is Peter Anckorn and I'm creating 'By The Book' -A web comic about some crazy monsters that decide to become heroes- http://www.btbcomic.com/

Your Patreon dollars will be used to buy better equipment, advertising for the comic, allow me to produce printed versions and merchandise and also buy more time to work on the project. The more funding I can get, the less time I have to spend doing other things to survive-and therefore the more content I can create!

If I can get a lot of funding (say $3000 per month) then I could quit the day job and create even more pages and art :)

I aim to keep most of the funding targets quite low-I want as many of my fans as possible to be able to access the content. If just a small fraction of my readership were to pay $3 a month,  they could really make a big difference to my ability to create the comic-pushing quantity and quality to new heights! So, make a difference if you can-fund an artist while they're still alive and kicking-let me do what I was born to do! Thank you :)
