Hi, I'm Etty, 29 years old and mother of two little boys.
I love cake decorating and especially I love modelling with fondant. I like to keep it cute and simple.
I'm based in Holland so the Dutchess in my name is not a spelling mistake, it's because I'm Dutch ;)

Hello all,
First let me introduce myself! I'm Etty from the Netherlands and I've been creating easy to follow tutorials about fondant modelling. These tutorials are a great success on social media like Facebook and YouTube.
It tells me there is a great need for "easy to follow" cake decorating tutorials because we all have to start somewhere and small in this industry.
Next goal in my life. Writing a Tutorial Book!

I've got hundreds of requests for a book last year and 2016 is going to be the year to finally realise this, if I get (with your support!) the funds needed for this project.
I want my book to be a little different because I also want it to be interactive, the beautiful projects in the book will synchronise with video tutorials on-line or with an App for your mobile device, which of course you only get access to when you buy the book.
With video I will be able to explain so much more in detail and the book itself will be full of inspiration.
