ChaseFaceis creating Analysis Videos!
I make video game analysis videos and reviews full time! I love making cool stuff that celebrates why I love these games made by absolute geniuses and I try to make them as high-quality as possible and go over everything with a fine-tooth comb in the scripting/editing process. Whether it's a video covering the entirety of a game or franchise in an educational light or a more lighthearted game review poking fun at some of the goofier moments, my content has something for everyone.
While I don't expect any gratuity from my viewers, this is a nice way of helping to ensure I become less and less dependent on YouTube's fickle ad revenue system.
If half of my current following donated $1 to me every month, I could do this for a living, as well as hiring more editors around the clock to help me release more content.
"Why don't you get a job?"
I've worked about 5-6 jobs throughout the course of my channel's existence and the sad truth is that, in America, job security is a very rare thing in today's economy, especially in Texas where the law permits employers to indiscriminately fire employees the moment they no longer need them.
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which unfortunately isn't enough to secure anything beyond a job as a high-school counselor (and I've tried applying to those jobs as well). In order to be a proper therapist I'd need to go back and do 4 more years of post-graduation education which will likely cost upwards of $50,000 which unfortunately is not an option. I've also had 5 months of experience as a Human Resources Assistant and have attempted to get into this field as well, but unfortunately all HR positions require a minimum of 2 years of experience to even be considered for the position. In short, this is what I'd like to do full-time and I've already invested so much time, energy and money from those short-lived day jobs that I'm finally taking the plunge and attempting to make this my main source of income, and with your help I hope to make that a reality.
Because believe me, I've tried for many years to go down the traditional job path and there's nothing waiting for me aside from a bunch of low-skill minimum-wage retail positions.
Where is the money going?
All funds go towards paying my editors/artists, recording hardware/software, HD mods for older consoles, replacing defective hardware, purchasing new games to review and basically everything related to making the channel more presentable and high quality. There will be times when I'll use the money for gas or lunch, but about 80% of it is getting funneled back into the channel.
Eventually once I start to make a more steady income, I'll be able to move into an apartment and have a bigger living space for more filming space, green-screen stuff, etc. I want to improve my channel and turn it into a viable full-time career, and any additional help will make a world of difference.
I'm thankful that people watch my videos in the first place, so thank you for the support!
If you have any issues/concerns or haven't received any benefits promised, feel free to message me on here and I'll look into it! Sometimes Patreon won't send me notification emails so I promise it's not negligence on my end!

At this goal level I'll be financially stable enough to pay for monthly expenses (such as buying food), as well as pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite that I'm required to use for my work.
