Chicago has a very strong, very active Doctor Who fan community....and we're here to help make it happen.

The  Chicago Doctor Who Meetup is a grassroots, nonprofit community that serves as ambassadors for classic and modern Doctor Who fandom through inclusive, affordable, and accessible events for our members. We encourage activities like cosplay and screenings and hold both monthly events and special events throughout the city of Chicago.

But we can't do this without resources - Patreon fees are used towards
  • Paying our monthly Meetup.com hosting bill
  • Subscribing to Britbox for access to episodes
  • Developing other resources to keep our Meetups free and accessible
  • Developing resources and incentives to encourage volunteer Meetup organizers.
We're not a "for fans by fans" organization - that's way too gatekeeper-ish for our tastes. Anyone who enjoys Doctor Who is welcome to participate. Our organizing team works hard to keep the greater Chicago fan community updated, and we're looking for help in maintaining - and expanding - our activities.

Thanks!
