Well This would be amazing. If I could get up to these lofty heights I would be able to dedicate even more time to the project and up the amount of stuff I produce dramatically!!
CONS
If I manage to get up this high I will be able to afford to take the Apple Tree Pirates much further afield. I could start hitting some of the big cons in London or Birmingham. Exponential growth man.

Hi There
My name is Michael aka the Clumsy Pickle and I'm a freelance illustrator. I've been dabbling with comics for a few years now working on several collaborations as well as trying to do my own stuff. I also have an online shop selling my artwork and much more.
What I really want to do is dedicate more time to my own comic creations which is where you come in.
I am dad to Poppy, the most wonderful, funny bright girl (of course I'd say that!) and over the course of the last few years I've been making notes of all the funny and imaginative things she comes out with and it's from these notes that Poppy and I have created the Apple Tree Pirates, a cute collection of loveable rogues, that will appeal to kids and their parents alike.
I want to keep making as many strips and illustrations as I can to eventually combine them into a book.
My aim is to get a couple of strips done a month to start with and take it from there. With the support of Patreon as the contributions go up I will be able to produce more and more material and make my little girls imaginings come to life.
