What Happens When Crime & Forensics Radio Couples with Some of the Top Forensic  Experts from Across the World to Investigate Some of the Most Perplexing Cold Case Missing Persons, Serial Killings, and Homicides Across the Country?

"From my heart, I believe us coming together; media, forensics experts, law enforcement agencies, and the public will solve some cases and bring closure to some families."  Steven David Lampley, Host, Crime & Forensics Radio Show and Podcast

It began back in 1987 when my, then wife, told me about a missing girl she used to babysit in El Paso.  (Ever have something someone told you just say with you?)  I never forgot her telling me that.

A couple of years ago, I wrote my first true crime book, then my second.  That led to my being asked to do radio interviews which, honestly, I had no interest in doing (You have to do those, however, if you want to be a successful author), but I did, nonetheless.  One radio interview led me to being given my own one hour radio show on radio stations across the country as well as podcast.  On my radio show, I have been very blessed to have been able to have some of he TOP individuals in the fields of crime and forensics as my guests.  One thing seemed to spawn another, and I followed as the doors opened.

I was going to change up my book writing somewhat and write about an unsolved case.  Which one, I thought.  It hit me!  I called my ex-wife to inquire about the name and information about the missing girl in El Paso and she provided me with he names of the girl and her mom.  My  search began.

Shocked is the word I would use when I discovered that he girl was sill missing, but not only was she still missing, she is suspected to have been killed by a serial killer!

The more I researched he more I realized that I was going to write my next book about this missing, possibly murdered, nineteen year old girl.  I researched more and more.  I called my ex-wife numerous times asking questions.

I would do a radio show on the case, I thought to myself.  Maybe someone will have information.  No, no, that was not enough.  I feel an inward to use my experience as a 21-year police officer and SVU detective to look into the case with a fresh set of eyes.  I contacted a good friend of mine, about the viability of using a cadaver dog and she infused a positive response and suggested that I do a live remote radio show broadcast from the crime scene in El Paso.  Yes!  Let's do that!  She also volunteered to help!  That led me to think that, possibly, other crime and forensics experts may be willing to also help.  The  response has been very positive!

So, here we are.  We are at the beginning stage of putting together a team of some of the TOP experts in forensics from across he world to look at this case and attempt to locate the girl and two other girls who are also missing.  But there's more.  We are looking into, not only doing the live remote radio show, but a live remote video feed right from the crime scene was we work on solving this case!

There's more!  I know, right?  We are looking into delving into other cold case missing persons under suspicious circumstances, serial killings, and homicides from across the country.

But here's the deal.  While most of our team is volunteering, airfare, motels, equipment, laptops, camera, and related expenses are not cheap and that's where you can help!  No, you can really help us!  Quite honestly, without your help, this will not happen.

We have set up monthly contribution levels most anyone who wants to help can afford.  As a way to say Thank You, we will be listing every supporter by their contribution level on the Crime & Forensics Investigates On Location webpage!

Our immediate needs are for one laptop, airfare and lodging, monthly internet service for the remote laptop, and professional audio recorder.

Thank you so very much!
Steven
