Art Tutorials and Time Lapse Videos
When we reach that amount, ($500.00 per week) I will do art tutorials (presentations) and time lapse videos from my sketches.
With my Patrons support I will be able to dedicate more time to record my painting process and edit it later.
I will show not only the images, but also how I make them.

Voice Over Videos and High Res. Images
When we reach that amount ($1,000.00 per week) I will produce time lapse videos with voice over of my render paintings + the High Resolution version of the images to be downloaded by my Patrons.
Now we are getting deeper :-)
I will be able to buy better equipment (microphone, camera, video edition software, etc) to help me producing videos with a brief explanation about the most relevant points of my painting process.

Pinups Workshop with Digital Painting Exercises
When we reach that amount ($2,000.00 per week), beyond my regular image's production I will be able to dedicate my time to produce Pinups Workshops (videos with voice over) with exercises and hints about how to improve the digital painting process; I mean I will explain to you (through sequential videos) the way I paint my images, so you can reproduce and practice based on the exercises I will prepare.
The exercises will be designed to easily guide you through the process. I will provide you sketches, which you can use as the base to make your own digital painting (like I do).
I will be able to hire an assistant to help me with the video production while I take care of the video contents and the exercises.

Live Stream Sessions with Patron’s Interaction
When we hit that amount ($3,000.00 per week) I will be able to afford a decent structure to start live stream sessions showing my digital painting technique to my patrons, and they will be able to interact with me.
I would like to have a nice live stream session in which we can interact though chat (or maybe calls) to talk about my conceptual ideas, digital painting subjects and, of course, "Nerd Stuffs", such as what brings me inspiration to create a pinup, Movies, TV Series, Comics, Games, etc; while I will be painting one of my images.
It will be like an online hang out and having a meeting with friends!

My name is Cris Delara and I am an independent artist, who works in traditional and digital platforms.
What I most do is Pinups (which I love to create), Fan Art commissions, and Portraits (especially in charcoal), but I also like doing character design (cartoon and "toy art" style).
My hobby is sculpting and that helps me a lot to improve my drawing skills.
People say that the way I draw my pinups and the painting technique I apply on them are unique.
I want to improve even more my technique (that requires time, dedication and.... experiments).
I will produce more images and I will share my knowledge with other artists, students, fans, whoever likes those themes by producing art tutorials (video and presentations), as well as I have other projects for the future.
I have my studio, where I teach, locally, traditional portraiture techniques and take commissions.
However, I also can show and share my skills on digital techniques and reach a bigger amount of students and fans by producing content, tutorials (or other resources) which I do believe it will help the ones who are interested in Fan Art, Pinups and so on.
As independent artist, I have to work on commercial projects, which do not leave me much time to work on my personal Pinups and Portraits projects or to start the tutorials to share with you (that is why I am here now asking for your support).
I starting doing pinups on 2007 and I have hundreds of pinups done (which can be easily seen if you google my name), most of them in my spare time, but with the support from fans and patrons, I will have the condition to dedicate my time to produce exclusive set of pinups, fan art and other images as well as make my art tutorials to share with all of you.
That is going to be exciting, challenging, but possible.
In exchange for my patrons support I will produce every two weeks an exclusive set of images which will be available for them.
According to the tier they will pledge, there will be different types of rewards.
Also I will make, in general, time lapse videos and tutorials which I will provide a brief explanation on my concepts and painting process.
When I hit higher milestones, I will be able to produce some video tutorials with exercises about digital painting and also offer live stream sessions where my patrons will interact with me while I am doing my creations.
That is going to be very nice, dynamic and energetic.
Well.... I have other projects for the future, (maybe using sculpting and drawing together), but.... one step at time.
My initial goals will be possible with your support and that is where I am focused now.

THE PINUPOLOGY PROJECT
Hi, my name is Cris Delara.
I am a self taught and independent illustrator, who works in traditional and digital environment, mostly doing Pinups, Portraits and Fan Art (Comics, Games, Movies, TV Series, Fantasy, etc).
Independent artists need to work in many different types of projects, which means, we can't dedicate our time to work on our strongest skills and on our personal projects; in fact, most of times we work on our projects only on our spare time.
As a self taught illustrator, I have the belief that anyone can become a good artist by being persistent and practicing a lot.
I mean, anyone who really has the will to become an artist and with a little help from other more experienced artist will succeed.
If I can help a young/aspiring artist or a student to be a better artist, I will do it.
When I decided to become an illustrator it was very difficult to find help or directions on how and what to do to improve my artistic skills.
That is why I am here; to start a project in which I will generate content and tutorials to show to the artists, students, and fans (whoever likes Pinups, Fan Art and Portraits) tips and techniques on how to improve their artistic skills and I will use, mainly, my "Pinup Art" as the main theme.
After all, the theme Pinup is cool, interesting (who doesn't like pinups?), and it is much more than only pretty appealing sexy girls on a poster on the wall.
Actually, in my point of view, Pinup's theme is so vast which should be considered as a "discipline/science" (LOL): PINUPOLOGY.
Yes, PINUPOLOGY it is.
That is the "name" of my project. Using pinups (and related subjects) to generate nice content, such as tutorials and videos, which will be shared, for free, with other students, artists and fans to show how I do my pinup art.
With support of fans and patrons I can dedicate my time to my pinup art (fan art and portraits) continuously as well as, share my knowledge to help other artists and students to get improvement on their artistic skills.
However, producing decent tutorials and videos takes time, which independent artist do not have if they need to work full time in any project that appears to make their income.
In exchange for my fans and patrons support on this project, every two weeks I am going to release an exclusive pack of images (sketches, outlines, renders, etc; JPG and PSD High Res), videos and tutorials on how I do my pinup art.
I will, also, raffle every month an original sketch art and 1 print which will be sent by mail together with a thank you letter and maybe some “surprises” to patrons who pledge a higher amount of support.
Depending on how much you pledge for two weeks, you will have a different level of reward; but I guarantee you, all of them are worth of your support.
Your support is essential for this project and it will give me the chance to improve the rewards, because I will be able to dedicate my time to produce more images (digital and traditional), tutorials and videos.
By the time, I will be able to provide live stream sessions with a chat room regularly to my patrons, where I will generate content for your entertainment and I will discuss my ideas and concepts used on my projects. That will be awesome due the interactive we can have.
I am very excited about all those possibilities, and I know with fans and patrons support I will have the condition to make this project happens.
