When we hit $100 per month I will dedicate time to creating a 10 part Daily Fashion Series focusing on the history of the modern Neck Tie. From it's roots in Croatia to the modern day.
Web Cam and Mic
When we hit $200 per month I will purchase a nice web cam and microphone so we can have fantastic webcast conversations about fashion, illustration, the weather, coffee, travel and whatever else you amazing people have on your minds.
About
I am Sunflowerman.
My goal with illustration is to understand people. Fashion Illustration gives me the opportunity to know people in intimate ways. Ultimately, Fashion is Anthropology.
With men's fashion illustration I am able to feed a part of the market that is lacking and with projects like Book Page Fashion that work gets to maintain a sense of Fine Art as well. Where my fashion illustration and interest in anthropolgy have merged and thrived is with the Daily Fashion Project. There, I get to know the stories that have brought so many people to fashion and illustrate them.

What is Patreon?
Think of crowdfunding like kickstarter where great work is supported by amazing and passionate people. There are funding levels and rewards and hopefully in the end something beautiful is created.

The Daily Fashion Project?
The Daily Fashion Project is a place where the stories of the fashion community can be shared openly. The only requirements are that when submitting you include a photo reference and that you share your story.
(anyone, even you can submit here if you'd like. I encourage it)
Each week day a new submission is featured for everyone to see and a digital copy of the illustration is freely given to the submitter. There are no paid ads on sunflowerman.com and there is no fee to submit. The goal of the Daily Fashion Project is to share the stories and the styles of the fashion community.
What Do I Do?
As Sunflowerman I illustrate Men's Fashion. This includes the Book Page Fashion, personal commissions, work with magazines, clothing boutiques and most importantly the Daily Fashion Project.
