A journey of exploration intended to support you in finding your way back to exercise and embodiment on your own terms. It’s a bit of an FU to diet culture. We’re here to redefine what fitness means to us. And we’ll achieve that through workouts that can be completed at home with body weight and minimal equipment, and we will be accessing the tarot as support for coaching guidance.

I believe wholeheartedly in the work that I do. I believe that we are all entitled to explore fitness without the association of weight loss (as per the mainstream fitness industry). I believe that the work that I do is important and is very much needed in this world.

I have to meet a minimum income floor level of £1250 per month within a 12 month start up period for universal credit to assess me as being gainfully self employed. If I don’t meet this goal I may have to be available to seek employed work which means I’d potentially have to give up my business as I simply would not have enough time to do both. I already work at least 50 hours per week on my business. Your support here helps me to keep my business going and means I can continue doing this important work.
