Milestone Goals
Q&A
$25 means either one person who cares a lot or a lot of people who care at least a little bit. This sounds like the perfect reason to do a monthly Q&A. Once this goal is reached, I'll open a public post in the Activity Feed, where anyone can ask questions and I'll try to answer them all.
Desktop Screen-Capture Videos
Desktop captures of digital paintings. I will be using Livestream and the videos will be released at a faster speed. I try to keep them to 2 hours of original footage, released at 4x speed, making a 30 minute video. You'll be able to view them either on the Patreon feed or on Youtube. I'll also release a link to the livestream for any patrons who are able to be on at the right time and want to watch me as I paint.
Webcam
I will buy a webcam and any other necessary equipment/software and learn how to use it. Then we can have Skype with video and I'll be one step closer to being able to livestream my traditional art also!
What Is Your Request?
As a special thank you to everyone who has supported my art, I will start giving back in a BIG way. I will create a post where patrons can list their requests and I will draw a few in between projects. I have never ever done free requests before. Ever. So this will be a first, available only to the people who help support my love and passion here on Patreon.
Part-Time Second Job
Because art is and always will be my first job, I'll decrease my hours on my second job, or get a different one if I need to. Whatever necessary to get part-time. This will still help pay the bills but significantly free up time for art. Part-time usually doesn't come with health insurance benefits, so I'll probably have to get my own, but because of your pledges, that will be affordable. I will be able to invest many more hours in artwork than I am currently able to do. This will result in a significant increase in productivity, so I will change my account to a monthly subscription. With a monthly subscription, you will have one set charge at the end of
the month and it won't matter how many print-worthy images I complete
that month. You'll still get them all!
Quit My Second Job
Because art is and always will be my first job, I'll quit my second job. I'll focus at least 8 hr. a day on creating art. I cannot even imagine what that will be like at this point, so we will begin a new journey of discovery and beauty together.

Adawa Island

Serpentine maids, centaurs, faeries, elves, cat folk, and even a dragon!
On an island, formed from a volcano, live all these creatures: the
centaurs in the western wooded meadows, the elves on the rolling hills,
the cat folk in the thick southern forests, and the dragon in the
lava of the mountain. The faeries live everywhere and, like
butterflies, are just trying to stay out of everyone else's nets! Then,
one of the centaurs decides to leave her herd...and a serpentine maid
emerges from the ocean.
Tales of the Region

Not far from Adawa Island is the mainland, full of a completely
different type of creatures. Here, live vampires, humans, and
werewolves, locked in a heated battle, originating from within a spooky
forest.
You mentioned fanart?

Yes I did! I tend to draw a lot of fanart. Probably a quarter to half of my art is fanart. Whatever I'm reading or listening to, whatever stirs my imagination and paints pictures in my head, has a high chance of getting drawn. The majority of my fanart is related either to the wonderful BBC show, Doctor Who, or to the fantastical novels in the Vampire Hunter D series by Hideyuki Kikuchi. Many other things inspire my imagination, too, including music, movies, and radio dramas.
Where does Patreon come in?

I have been supporting my art with a full-time job and, while it covers my bills, it doesn't allow for more expensive things like upgrading my equipment, publishing art books, and taking online classes to further my education. And it certainly takes up most of my life. There are many nights that I don't have time to draw at all. Some nights I come home with a pudding brain due to the amounts of stress I have during the day. All of this makes art creation take much longer than it ought and makes you have to wait much longer as well. Patreon provides people like you with a simple and inexpensive way to support my art and help me be the best artist I can be. With enough support, I will be able to create art full time and reduce or eliminate the time spent at my day job.
How does it work?

My account is set up so that you can support each drawing or painting when it is completed. Along the way, you can receive works-in-progress, detail shots, live-stream videos, prints, commissions, and as many other goodies as I can think of to keep you updated. You will get these updates in your e-mail with an image that automatically loads, so you don't even have to visit Patreon unless you want to interact. You will only be charged at the end of the month when I complete a print-worthy painting or drawing. For as long as I keep my day job, I will be able to complete 1 - 2 images per month. (Usually just one.) Occasionally, I will take longer to complete an image and you won't be charged that month at all.
There are currently 7 levels that you can choose. The last three levels (Werewolf Claws, Vampire Fangs and Dragon Fire) include commissions. I always do my best to please my clients, but there are a few things that I am uncomfortable drawing, so please discuss your ideas with me before pledging. Otherwise, if you want, I can surprise you with whatever image my muse wants to draw. Here are examples of the kind of art you can expect from these three tiers:

Also, keep in mind that the last two levels require a pledge of 2 or 3 months to get the full benefit of the reward. This allows you to make smaller payments over time rather than one large lump sum. So, if you pledge $100 one month, you don't have to continue that for the entire year. Although, I will be very impressed and will have to send you something extra special if you do!
Thank you! May you live long and prosper!
