Was it during a tough point in your childhood? A breakup? A deep depression? All of the above?
It's no secret that music bring catharsis by expressing all of the things we are feeling and thinking in a beautiful way. And that is exactly what I am trying to do here.
I've struggled so dearly with my mental health. From attempted suicide, to misdiagnosis, rejection of therapy and more - I've lived a lot of experiences. And I'm putting my experiences to song, hoping to help others through their tough days.
