My name is Erykah Yasmine Kangbeya and I am an individual guided by the vision to create more equitable communities. Somewhere along that journey, I decided to create @GoldInk as a way to leverage my passion for social justice through the kind of writing that puts its foot down, demanding to be heard. I am particularly loud about racial justice and feminism, perhaps because I exist at the intersection of those identities. As someone whose hands reach to turn upside down the things I deem require examining, I am committed to challenging thinking, expanding awareness, and widening angles of view through this blog.
