What Is Digital Diversity?
Digital Diversity is a project developed in order to provide a much needed spotlight for folks in the games industry who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Mainstream games media is woefully uncaring about the queer community as a whole; often treating it as a fringe group or entirely unworthy of attention.
Digital Diversity aims to change that by reviewing games made by members of the community, interviewing the people involved and streaming their games and making let's-plays available as ways to help marginalised developers spread their work to wider audiences.

What Does Digital Diversity Do?
Digital Diversity has evolved over the last year, from a simple start of streaming queer games a few times a month to running a twice-monthly blog reviewing games and interviewing the folks that make them; be it project leaders, writers, musicians or one person studios.

Over the past year or so we've streamed dozens of games and interviewed many amazing people to help promote representation in the gaming world.

Where Can I Find Digital Diversity?

If you want to see more head over to the Digital Diversity blog
Weekly streams of these games happen over on my Twitch
And recordings of gameplay are stored over on YouTube
Are you an LGBTQIA+ gamedev with a game? Put it on The List

Why Does This Project Need Support?
On the whole Digital Diversity has been a labour of love. Getting the games I love that I believe need more attention out into the light and played by more folks.
But Running all this costs money. With hosting fees, buying the games (which in turn supports the developers), streaming & tech costs...etc things mount up over time.

What Do I Get For Pledging?
Primarily you get the warm feeling of helping games by marginalised folks get recognised in some small way for the great experiences they are!
If that's not enough blogs will be released early for $5 tier subscribers, as will polls directing where the project should go, as well as many future plans currently brewing.
