Finishing the book Energy Reality: A Necessary Renaissance
Writing a book takes time. Especially one that requires citations, an index, copyright clearance of images etc. I have low rent in my small apartment in Toronto and would like more opportunities to earn money but both of my main income sources the music business and the website designer markets are saturated. So I am better off if my talents can sustain me. Hopefully you have seen value in the website or my posts in other locations.
To pay for a trip to Paris Climate Summit in December 2015. Wanna Do a big story. Network. Explain how Molten Salt Reactors can save our future, give us back the oceans, clean the air, fix the economy, supply fresh water.
Sharing Energy Reality /w Thorium Gang at San Fran's AGU was a blast. I am planning to bring along print materials. Will have cover art for the book by then. The funding of the printing and my expenses will help promote the MSR and ultimately the Energy Reality Project. This huge Paris Summit event is a great networking opportunity. Will be investigating how Road to Paris team has factored in nuclear energy. The summit will probably have less presidents and leaders considering recent embarrassments at former summits. Was looking at the wclimate.com website and was disgusted to see the word climate stakeholders mentioned. I sounds innocuous but when it comes to profits you will find interference and opportunists trying to set policy that favors their own agendas. Let's try to get our voice heard at the summit.

I am a citizen of Earth. I am a musician and writer, an ecomodernist/environmentalist who recognizes that energy is the key to what makes civilization function and an artist mature in years. Priorities change for all of us. My music has been the most important part of my life. I now find myself leaning towards activism for causes that improve the quality of life. So my conclusions you will be surprised to learn about. Making a green paradise is not my short term goal, however raising awareness about the effects of burning fossil fuels such as coal, wood, dung, oil, natural gas etc is high on my list. So yes I can entertain you with my music. I have a few songs that express my love of life and nature. But I am here to fund my blogs and my latest book. You will discover that my planning has not been to become an international music sensation, although I would not turn down opportunities, but more to be a communicator and dare I say community leader.

My name is Rick Maltese. @pronuclear is the twitter handle for my set of websites/blogs/groups aiming at proactive awareness raising activities. Besides having gone to San Francisco Dec. 2014 to target 24,000 visitors at the AGU conference in December I am writing a book based on the same title as the website and Facebook group. The working title is Energy Reality: A Necessary Renaissance and how it can save our future, give us back the oceans, clean the air, fix the economy, eliminate most nuclear waste and supply fresh water. I will be looking for a publisher. The book has great potential for raising awareness about the energy.

The Energy Reality Project was created to join people together to communicate about Energy and understanding the energy choices and what criteria to use to weigh their relative value. There are no groups at the grassroots level that enables a way to become informed that weigh in on all the issues. The model we encourage for change is to go beyond the computer. Reach out and get heard.
I have created three blogs about different aspects of energy and nuclear power. My passion is to share my findings and ask that if you want to stop coal from ruining the oceans and stop the coal burning that kills humans and all kinds of wildlife that you join me. I will be happy with small donations because that is the most many of us can do.
