I work as a level designer on Operation: Black Mesa and I have been working with the Unreal Engine since the original Unreal Tournament, I spend most days exploring what is possible inside most level editors, recording the results and posting them online, I also stream every Thursday, normally a level design project but I also like to cover mods & games.
When I get a spare moment, I like to put together anything useful that I've made into a tutorial, so others can learn from it and even expand on the initial idea.
I also like to put together level design videos, to teach others how to better understand the theories in level design, anyone can make a room, but it needs to have a purpose, a story, a life, and I want to teach through my tutorials how someone can accomplish that.
So why are you here?
I love what I do, it's what makes me who I am but it doesn't pay the bills sadly, I do have a day job but due to my condition my hours are being dropped, this does mean I'll get to spend more time with my family, it will also mean more time to do dev related work, it also means I'm losing money, I'm not here to feed you a sob story, I'm not that guy.
I'm hoping by using Patreon then I can find support another way, if you enjoy my content and have a spare dollar to give then I really appreciate it, if you don't then you can still enjoy my content, that's the beautiful world we live in.
Anyone who pledges will get my eternal gratitude, I'll also put your name on my website as someone who has helped me by being awesome and you'll also get access to a dev blog that I've set up, it will allow you to see new content that I'm working on and also give you the chance to give your own feedback and suggestions on what I'm working on or what you'd like to see me do next.
Thank you for reading this!
