I like to play around with the various FRC data sets. This has been a hobby of mine for years, and I imagine it will be for many more. I've turned my attention recently toward predictive modeling, and I'm learning a lot building models for various aspects of FRC. My current magnum opus is my scouting database and event simulator pair, which I update each week of the FRC competition season.

I'm not looking to make a living on patreon, I have a solid job as an engineer that pays me plenty. I'm not sure I would want to do this full time even if I had the opportunity, because I think I might enjoy it less if it became more than a hobby. If you already like the stuff that I do, and want to help to increase the quantity/quality/breadth/depth of projects I work on, then donating is a way for you to do that. If you don't want to donate and just want to hang out here, that's cool too.

Here is a rough, unordered, and ever-expanding list of projects I want to work on eventually: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1W821WOiHD_KitDTt_2uovFiAlVFphzAZkWPTTvIMexU/edit?usp=sharing
Tiers
r^2 = 0.1
$1 or more per month 0 patrons
You'll get invited to the hypothetical discord that I may or may not set up in the future
r^2 = 0.3
$2 or more per month 0 patrons
You get to participate in patreon polls
r^2 = 0.5
$5 or more per month 0 patrons
I'll credit you in my scouting database and event simulator
r^2 = 0.7
$10 or more per month 0 patrons
I'm open to suggestions for the reward for this tier, maybe ability to respond to a second level of polls?
r^2 = 0.9
$50 or more per month 0 patrons
I don't know why you would donate this much? If you did I'd give you special thanks in my scouting database and event simulator.
r^2 = 1.0
$200 or more per month 0 patrons
No one's going to give me this much, I just thought it would be fun to have a ridiculous amount represented by an impossible r^2 value
Goals
$0 of $60 per month
Build a pretty nice PC. A good PC would probably save me some time when optimizing my models. I have also never built a PC, but I want to at some point.
