95% of our biodiversity has been destroyed since the industrial revolution and with it, our Food Security. Our 501(c)3 Non Profit Finds, Identifies, Propagates, Sells and Researches Gold Rush Era Heirloom Perennial Plants that we personally re-discover surviving the extreme weather and drought conditions of the old Homesteads and Orchards of Gold Country California.

Our local grocery store may only offer 12 varieties of fruit but 10,000's of varieties of Fruit, Nut and Ornamental Plants were imported from all around the world during the Gold Rush.  Many are lost but some strong ones survived. We find these rare delicious survivors that have made it through drought, insects and disease for over 100 years without the care of humans.  These are the time tested Permaculture Trees that can survive Climate Change.  These are the Plants that need to be saved before it is too late. Some of these trees undoubtedly have important genetics that must be preserved, researched and eaten from.

We have re-discovered and currently propagate and sell over 130 varieties of 17 species on our Website. Since we have found them we are the only Nursery offering many of these unique varieties. We find new varieties every year! We are planting an orchard of our very best and will be offering fruit in the coming years. We farm everything without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Apple, Pear, Peach, Plum, Persimmon, Nectarine, Grape, Fig, Pomegranate, Mulberry, Cherry, Cranberry, Rose, Hops, Walnut, Chestnut, lilacs,

Our collective ancestors worked hard for thousands of years to save and develop the very best. Lets honor and appreciate their work. Help save these gems before it is too late.
Thank you!
