Hi, I'm Pira.

I'm a writer and denizen of the internet who just lost her job at an unnamed university. I'm going to try and get as much money as I can from Employment Insurance and freelance writing but things may become tight for me as I'm not sure exactly how much money I need a month and what my medical bills will look like moving forward.

For the sake of transparency here is the breakdown for my current monthly budget:
  • Rent: $700
  • Transportation: $400 (should fall to about $50)
  • Food: $250
  • Phone + Internet: $55
  • Clothes: $25-50
  • Spironolactone: $21.33 ($64 every 90 days)
  • Premarin: ~$20 (I forget)
My main concerns are the rent, food, and prescriptions. If, for some reason, Patreon and Employment Insurance take me over my budget, I will be putting the excess money away for laser hair removal which is the next big expense I need to pay.

Thanks for reading.
