Footloose Comics are the writer/artist combo Ally Nuttall and Emily Brady, who have been making comics together since 2004. Our long running webcomics are Footloose, Cherry, and Black Market Magic.

Set in a realm where the Earth and the magical realm of Faerie exist in an uneasy cold war. Humans, having recently discovered they aren't the only sentient species on their planet, are deeply suspicious of the shapeshifters and magic users they find themselves surrounded by. Faeries, governed by their strict monarchy, fear the humans' growing control of magic will lead to a imbalance of power.

Our stories explore comedy and adventure, the nature and rules of fiction, and what it means to grow up between two worlds.
