Hi everyone! Welcome to my Patreon! My name is Samantha Mayotte, and I write all sorts of crazy things, from horror to romance to fantasy (oh my!)

Some of you might recognize my name from a couple of anthologies put out by Haunted House Publishing, namely the Monstronomicon ("I Think I saw My Sister Yesterday"), Tavistock Galleria: Short Horror Stories from America's Retail Wasteland ("Bitchcraft"), and most recently, Daughters of Darkness: An All-Women Horror Anthology ("Death With Benefits"). Some of you may recognize me from Twitter, or Facebook, or my podcast Monsters After Midnight: A Dark Fantasy Podcast, or maybe you don't know me at all.

I've got a day job that pays the bills and puts food on the table but doesn't allow a lot of wiggle room for keeping things like my website running or hosting fees that are going to come along with running my podcast. I also haven't got any budget for custom artwork, which is a bummer when I think about merch I want made, editing I need done, and book covers that I'll need made in the future. Even $1 a month is super helpful. If I didn't think it was, I wouldn't include it as a tier, but I understand being strapped for cash while wanting to show support for a creator you like.

If you choose to support me, that's awesome, thank you so much. If you don't, that's fine, too. I understand.

$10 of $25 per month
If I can reach this goal, I will not only post here, but also record my very first finished short story that I wrote in college which show-cases tiny college "weeb" Sam who was obsessed with anime and decided to write a story about cat-people. So if you want a slice of college-age writing that I haven't heavily edited, help me get here and I'll introduce you to the cat people of my youth.
