About The Free Black Women's Library - Los Angeles
Goals
With 50 patrons, we will have the resources to:
1. Compensate Black women writers, healers, educators, and artists for their time and labor offered for our panel discussions, workshops, and readings.
2. Ensure our events have basic refreshments (water, tea, snacks) for our library visitors, always free of charge.
3. Cover library maintenance expenses, fees, transportation costs, children's workshop supplies costs, and promotional material costs.
