About FreetoBFit

FreetoBFit is a body affirming, safe space for all levels of movement, created to celebrate all the amazing things that our bodies can do. We offer private coaching, classes, specialty workshops, social dances and body positive retreats in PNW.

Kris’ coaching philosophy is to help her clients find the accessible and joyful movement that is specific to their physical and emotional health with a focus on the mind-body connection. She has been a motivator, mentor, and coach of barre, burlesque, and movement for ten+ years.

Lara specializes in guiding womxn-identifying folks of all ages and backgrounds to feel strong and awesome in their bodies. Her training style focuses on making movement fun and efficient, and she enjoys incorporating both the strengthening techniques of weight training and the functional mobility of her yoga and aerial practice into sessions.

FreetoBFit is based in North Seattle.

We remind you that all movement is specific to your individual body. The exercises or movements offered in our videos are just that: offerings and suggestions. You are ultimately in charge of listening to your body & assessing what serves you best. Please adjust to what feels right in that moment.
