The Full Bloom Project is an online, research-informed body-positive parenting resource. Through our weekly podcast and carefully curated materials we are striving to teach parents how to transform their home environment into a place where children can naturally boost immunity to our appearance-obsessed culture and instead channel their energy towards more meaningful purposes— in other words, “fully bloom.”

Founded by two New York City-based adolescent eating disorder psychotherapists and mothers of two, Zoë Bisbing and Leslie Bloch, The Full Bloom Project intends to build a community of informed and empowered, body-positive parents that can serve as protective factors for children everywhere.

To complement the Full Bloom Podcast we will also offer a subscription-based, virtual guide to reinforce the "ABCs of Body-Positive Parenting" and help parents cultivate impactful, new skills. We've collaborated with dozens of researchers and activists in fields as diverse as child and adolescent mental health, pediatric nutrition, Health at Every Size, and eating disorder prevention to bring together what we feel are the most important concepts all parents should know to foster emotional wellness and positive body-image at home.

The Full Bloom Project has been a labor of love and is very much still a work in progress. We are thankful to our donors and supporters who allow us to create quality content and reach a vast audience. No amount is too small and all contributions will go directly towards the production of our podcast and development of our online platform. If you are moved by our mission we encourage you to consider becoming an official parent- or provider-patron to help move the Full Bloom Project closer to its official launch. Should you decide not to contribute financially, we are still so thankful that you were intrigued enough by our project to have found this page. We hope you will consider sharing our website with parents, peers, or clients who might benefit from its content and stay tuned for our future updates.

We thank you for checking out this page and are so grateful for your support as we bloom!
