I've been on a creativity, personal growth, and self-expression path for about 16 years. I've taught mindfulness painting for almost a decade. I'm inspired by both image and word, and the gestalt and integration of wholeness (left and right, above and below, inside and out).

In my forthcoming book, I combine the knowledge and insights I've gained to provide a sustainable framework for people to approach their creative process in a fulfilling and productive way. No shoulds. No cookie-cutter formulas. No burn out.

The gains in the creative process are cross-functional and permeate onto other areas of life. Creativity sources vitality and works as soul medicine. I want to help others experience this for themselves, so I'm on a mission to share my approach in the form of a book on holistic creativity. It is largely geared toward the creative, artist, maker, and creative entrepreneur.

Currently, I have an organized outline and a good deal of chapter content. I have a ways to go still. My priority in 2019 is to get this manuscript done and be in conversations with literary agents and publishers.

I appreciate any, and all, support you have to offer me on this project. Your contribution will go towards administrative and production costs...and coffee! Thank you!

Blessings,

Gabrielle
