Hi there,

I'm Katherine, Founder of Crafting Relationships (formerly Beauty and Utility Arts), a Creativity, Heritage and Wellbeing social enterprise developing and managing creative projects and products with social benefits.

Manners and values have always fascinated me, and the starting point for The Good Values Project is a light hearted exploration with ponderings, podcasts, projects and products. The project is a way for us to learn and to raise funds to support our work.

I'm a firm believer in getting the basics right and using them as the foundation for being a good human. The way we speak to each other is important ... every single day, the promises we make to each other are important ... every single day,  putting your supermarket trolley back properly...oh, you get the idea.

At the moment I'm a bit worried that mindfulness and excessive individualism sit a little too closely to each other at times. That self reflection and self awareness aren't as clearly distinguishable as they could be. That there needs to be one more step after writing a daily gratitude list...have I truthfully treated everyone today in the same way I would want to be treated.

Along the way we'll hear from lots and lots of different individuals and groups sharing their thoughts and experiences and we'll look at what we can do to make the small changes that really count.

We'll cover all the things that impact on our every day lives, from the small to the big, from health and social care to the environment and everything inbetween.

Lighthearted is the word to hold on to. We're taking a gentle, slow approach with lots of time to learn, think and reflect.

Join us when you'e ready, there's no rush.
Tiers
It's all yours
$2 or more per month
Pledge $2 (about £1.43) a month and receive access to podcasts, videos and anything else that inspires us. All proceeds go towards growing The Good Values Project.
A little something extra
$4 or more per month
Pledge $4 (just under £3) a month and receive a personalised thank-you card + access to podcasts, videos and anything else that inspires us + additional mini creative somethings three times a year in January, May and September. All proceeds go towards growing The Good Values Project.

Creative somethings will also appear in our shop, but not until one month after you've received yours, so you can enjoy them first.

Supporting others
$10 or more per month
Pledge $10 (about £7) a month and help us work creatively with others. As the number of patrons supporting this tier grow, we can run workshops, hold events and most important of all, support more groups to work with professional creative facilitators and share their own views and experiences on values and manners.
