Grace Revealed is a sharing platform where I share the Word of God and how anyone can know Jesus as a friend and accept all that he is waiting to give.  I dig deep into the word of God as I share the things the Lord has taught me over 53 years, ten of which, I was in rebellion.  By His Grace, I have received a spirit of courage to grasp some in the lowest of places, giving them hope in our Lord Jesus Christ and the Good news of Grace.

I have a heart and a calling to reach out to the homeless and the homeless youth in my neighborhood.  I have many who come and go from my home and shower, eat and praise God with me.  I share and provide what I can.  I live in a low-income neighborhood with several young people in need.  Many people may not see what I see on a daily basis and are in no real position to help.  Some are too afraid to get close.  Some don't want to get involved, (Don't we have enough problems of our own?)  I can totally understand.  Many grew up without an adult role model or an adult that taught them basic life skills.

Exodus 18:20

And thou shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them the way wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.

Many have a spirit of hopelessness, unworthiness,  and confusion.  They have been abused, neglected, and relied on themselves to survive since they could walk.  Many are entrapped with addictions. I understand and do not condemn others for staying away.  God has provided me with a past that has prepared me for such a time as this.

Out Of The Fire

JUDE 1:17-23
But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Right now, my income is less than most people make in a week but I am going to college in order to be paid for what I am already doing, and have been for nearly ten years. Loving the homeless, counseling addicts and alcoholics.  If all goes well, I can establish a new shelter for those who fall through the cracks of the programs out there.  Right now, I do not have a 401k in order for tax-exempt status.  With God's grace, I plan to use the income as a counselor to build a shelter and live on-site. I am in a hurry- as winters are cold and summers are hot, and the streets can often be unsafe.  I will post a video below soon to explain. (Very Soon!)

Goals
$0 of $4,000 per month
Types of Vans/ShuttlesWhen Patrons offerings reach 4,000 per month,  I will be able to purchase a passenger van to help those in the most need get to appointments, often required by the shelter they are at: Social Security office, Mental Health clinics, DHS, Day Shelters,  Job Core, Drug Court and/or other agencies that they are needing help from.  (Gas for a vehicle, bus passes, help to purchase medicines, etc.)  It is really needed and shelters do not offer 95% of rides needed. Old and sick people will get up and walk miles in the cold and heat to be where they need to be -to get the help they need.  Many places are first come first served. (There may be thirty-five people in line but only 6 can be helped.) Getting to different places for personal records like drivers licenses, birth certificates, SS cards- and employment offices.  Bus tickets can generally be obtained most days, but a trip 6 miles away and back may take most of the day. If you are late (6-7) some shelters won't let you in for the night- (or ever again)  A future shelter will need a van or small bus so this will be the first step. It will be used,  6-8,000. (I am a good mechanic and will pick a good one by God's Grace) and make sure it is perfectly sound (another 4-5,000)  NO payments! I have been a professional driver and have had a chauffeurs license and will drive it as long as I can, myself before getting my degree in Counseling.  Within 90 days of reaching this goal, we should have our first pictures of helping others!
