Monthly Insta-Painting Party
When I reach $10/month in support I will host an Insta-Painting Party. Once a month for this event I will attempt to throw out my slow meticulous photo-realism for a quick and brisk race against the clock to create a small painting start to finish with in two hours. Help me reach this goal and come watch as I challenge myself to loosen up and break my norm.
Watch My Palette
I've love for you to be able to see my palette as I mix each color. When I reach $50 a month I can buy another webcam so that you can to have pointed down at my palette. This might also lead to some instructional videos in the future.
Microphone for casting and recording
I need a better microphone so that I can record voice over for my videos, and to use during my live streams.
Counter weight easel
I'd really like to have an easel that is easy to adjust up and down while I'm painting. Since my work is very detailed, I focus on an area and get into the zone and can't be bothered to move my easel up or down, thus I end up hurting my back or my shoulder.
About
I went to the Academy of Art University in San Francisco after a couple years of community college wishing I could afford art school. I've always been a very visual person and since childhood the idea of making pictures for a living has always been my dream.

I am an oil painter working in a realist style. I work with bright, vivid colors to express my youthful outlook on life. I have opened up my studio to the public and do a regular live stream so that my friends, family, and followers can stop by for a visit and witness my progress on current paintings.
I have created an interactive venture to coincide with my live stream, the Painted Dress Project. I made a dress out of plain white muslin and intend to decorate it with paint. This is where you come in; I want my viewers of the live stream to help me decorate it. Each day I'm live streaming, I will choose a viewer, or poll viewers, to select one of the colors I have used on my painting that day to make a painted mark on my dress. Over time, the dress will develop and change, the dress will illustrate my time and dedication to my work since each mark represents a day in the studio. The dress will also catalog the color choices my viewers make over time. Join me in creating this one of a kind dress that says so much.
