Regiments of American Revolution is a modification for Empire:Total War (ETW).
Back in 2009 the Creative Assembly released ETW and the Elite Units of America pack. Model and texture quality of vanilla and DLC units differed greatly, ruining the experience for many players, including me.
My mod brings new units which represent famous regiments that fought during the American Revolutionary war 1775-1783. It features unique and historically accurate models and textures for uniforms and equipment used at different stages of the conflict.
Modding is my hobby. I spent hours to learn 3D modelling and texturing from scratch, invested in the software as well as on researching the uniforms I create.
Become a patron if you like what I am doing and want to see more. Your contribution will help me release Version 3, featuring custom campaigns for Britain and US, along with reworked and expanded unit rosters. Furthermore, you French and Spanish armies will be added!
We have already reached the first goal of publicly releasing V2 of the mod, so you can re-create battles between the British, Hessian and Continental forces, playing with and against your friends and/or AI.
Here are the highlights of the level of uniform and equipment detail you can expect from this mod:
-Regimental laces: appearance, number and placement (facings, pockets, back and collar);
-Regimental emblems on backpacks (where applicable);
-Regimental badges on cartridge boxes( where applicable);
Please visit the Regiments of American Revolution ModDB page for more details.
