I'll keep this brief. 

Although I'm known to go pretty deep. 

To get right to the point: I want to empower you. 

I want to help you understand just how powerful you are. I first realized this mission of mine when I got into fitness (CrossFit specifically). And from there I realized that in order for one to be whole a well rounded approach is required that incorporates a variety of things. And I want to help you learn what works for you. 

Here's how:

- Self expression. Words, actions, whatever. How do You best express the very essence of you? 
- What's on your mind? Happy thoughts, sad thoughts, WTF am I going to do with my life thoughts? Let's dissect them. 
- How to stay healthy. Mind, body and soul
- What is Your mission? What drives you and why? And how is that helping our world at large? We all need gentle reminders and a supportive system. I want to give you both of those.


If any this speaks your interest then that means we are part of the same tribe. And I am SO excited to share and create with you! If you decide to be a contributor then I don't know of any words will ever truly express my gratitude so I will just do my best by continuing to spread goodness as far and wide as possible. And my hope is that you will join me <3

Every month you will get content on topics that are what You want to talk about. This content will include a blog post and short video (because hey- we're all busy right?) with feedback from You as well as my personal thoughts on the matter. 


Additionally you will also be staying up to date with any events for the month and a monthly do anywhere workout.

$10 or more per month
For a $5 monthly contribution I will send you my more in-depth newsletter AND You will get a monthly workout created FOR YOU based on your goals. 


This isn't some templated workout. I will ask you questions about your goals and write you 1 (just 1) hour long workout that includes a warm-up, a strength or skill component, a cardio component and a cool down. 


This will be between you and me. We will have a monthly quick and dirty checkin where I learn what you want (and how last month went). And I will create your very own personal, customized workout. 


(Which if you do some research is a super good deal) 


Radiant
$15 or more per month
For a $15 monthly contribution You will get allll the stuff from the other levels (the newsletter AND your own monthly workout) PLUS a monthly virtual convos between You, me and the other Radiant supporters. 


Every month You will be invited to a virtual couch session (because I think most of us get virtual on the couch now a-days) where we just talk it all out. Think of it as a book club only on the topics that You are interested in. 


And holy crap- I am excited for this!

When I reach 200 patrons I will share with You a 4 week mind, body and soul plan that has weekly tips and goals on how-to organize your life (no matter what), focus on where you are and actually check off those to-dos that have been on your list forreevveerrrr. 

These are simple tips and we will start slow. 
Mind - How-to get alll the chatter out of your head and on paper
Body - EASY things you can do to love your body
Soul - Ways to fit in what makes You a happier more empowered You
