Hi there! My name is Louis, I'm an independent game developer based in London who is making a narrative-driven exploration game called 'Into the Valley'.

Some of my favorite aspects of games are when you are exploring an entirely unique world and every aspect has been thought out and realised in great detail. Games like Bioshock and Fallout do this brilliantly, but my aim is to create an indie title that is entirely focussed on exploration driven storytelling - with no shooting. Explore a unique world with its own history and characters on a journey to uncover the dark secrets hidden in the valley.

Storytelling in games has been almost criminally underdeveloped with very few breakout indie titles, such as the Stanley Parable, offering storytelling innovation. I want to push the potential of games as a medium for telling a story that could not be told in a book or film - a story that must be uncovered not witnessed. 

I'm currently trying to balance doing a history degree at Oxford while also working on Into the Valley, so anything you can give towards the project is massively helpful and greatly appreciated.
