Not All Heroes Are Bold

My name is Skyler Ammons. I am a comic book creator and graphic designer from Oklahoma. I write
the ongoing superhero/manga webcomic series Iron Violet: The Shy Titan

Iron Violet tells the story of Yuri Hasagashi, a shy and demure young lady in Oklahoma, who despite being able to bench press a tank is rather quiet and lacks self-confidence. When her state becomes invaded by hordes of supervillains (who have come at the realization that the state had ZERO superheroes), Yuri (with the help of her best friend Kat) steps up to become Iron Violet, Oklahoma's first superhero, to both save the say, and rise above the past trauma that has left her so timid, and discover the origins of her powers.

The comic has been going strong, its currently at issue 3, however I do need help to keep it going. While I write and color it, I do not draw it. I sadly do not have the skills to draw it how I envision it or for it to look good. So I must pay an artist draw Iron Violet for me.


With your generous patronage I can keep the comic up and running with twice a week updates, and with this aid I may have options for further Iron Violet-related projects down the line, along with slowly increasing my artist's pay rate so that I can keep them on the project for the long haul.

All pledges will go directly into the artist fund. Not a cent of it will be used for anything except payment for the comic's pages.
