Milestone Goals
new EP
I am excited to get some solid recordings of my newer songs (over the last few years) so that I can share them with you all outside of YouTube.
Production
I use to fund my "music purchases" with tip money from local gigs. Then, with the support of my current patrons, I was able to upgrade some of my recording gear. With further support I aim to continue making those improvements in recording, editing, lighting, and marketing. I would also like to look for other Patrons to begin supporting so that they can make those types of improvements too.

My name is Isabeau Keonaona Waia'u Walker. Yup, that is my full name and it's a mouthful. I am from the lovely island of Maui, HI and now I reside in Oregon City, OR with my cool husband. Music has always been a huge part of my life. I have a heart to make more meaningful music and I am so excited you are here to join me.

Waia'u Family
I hail from the island of Maui. The Waia'u's are a collection of music makers. Our prayers were lifted up through music. Our fears were fleshed out in music. Our hopes were declared through music. Our joys were proclaimed through music. That is where this art of song was fostered.
Teaching Middle School
I am a teacher. I began as a social studies teacher a little over five years ago at a local high school. This year is my second year in the middle school setting teaching 7th graders Geography. Each and every day is an adventure! My heart is to know and support my students in their growth, not just as students but as people. I get to sing to my students every once in a while and it has been a means of connecting with them as human beings. Music is not a "side thing" in my heart and neither is teaching. It may be too much to ask...but I feel lead to do both and to do both well. I am eager to see how this all plays out and one day I'd love to be doing more songwriting and music than I am now.
