Hello! My name is Jan! I love making video games!
I received my first video game from my mother around the age of 7, and ever since then, I've been hooked. I'd stay up late learning the lore of new lands and the names of the people I've come across. Spending hours roaming around the routes of Pokemon, or taking down Heartless in various worlds, I was totally immersed. Then one day I woke up and told myself... Why not do this myself? So I did.
With the help of RPGMaker and various other programs, I've been able to bring the world I've imagined into reality. Though, there are certain things that make this troublesome to pursuit. Living in the city that never sleeps, New York, comes with its drawbacks. I like to call this place The City That Never Gives You A Break(tm). The cost of living is rough, and as much as I want to dedicate my time to making games, it's sometimes impossible. Being a full-time college student who also works a part-time is rough. That's where Patreon comes in.
Patreon makes the impossible, possible. It allows creators like me the edge to continue what we love. With your help, I'll be able to continue doing what I love. And in return, I can provide a medium that will entertain many!
So, what am I working on at the moment?
• A fangame that I must be a bit quiet about on a public page for a few reasons I hope you see that's necessary
• A new RPG that I have in the planning stages! Patrons will receive info as things proceed!
