Short Stories and Novella
If I reach this goal I'll set aside more time to work on Anaria prose. I have a novella in the works right now that is a prequel to the comic. I will post chapters and snippits of the rough draft as I go.
Extra Update + Hire a Colorist to help
Because I will be less stressed I will update Anaria with an extra page in a month! The comic pages are a LOT of work so to help with this I'll be able to hire my pro comic colorist friend to help me.
Bills and save to go to conventions
If I reach this amount I'll be eternally grateful. It would make it so I can save to go to conventions, which I cannot afford on my own unless they are local to Seattle.

I'm Jayelle Anderson, a professional comic artist and writer. I've had quite a few work-for-hire comics published over the years, but right now I just want to create my own story. Since I'm making sure I am making the story the way I want it to be each page takes me about 20 hours to create from start to finish.
Anaria is an all ages comic about a sun witch and warrioress named Kaylee Laturell who now works as a hostess at a quiet little inn by a lake. Despite wanting a quiet life she is having to face the enemies of her past to solve a mystery illness that is plaguing the world of Anaria. It is a story about friendship and love. It has LGBT themes, a diverse cast, and a lot of world building. You can read what is uploaded so far at Anaria.net I started the comic August of 2014 and it's updated every week (but please forgive me if I get sick).
I'll add more tiers and goals as we go along. Please send me a message if you have anything you might be interested in. For those who don't know how Patreon works, this is a continuing per month payment, but you can cancel at any time. The biggest joy for me is being able to send people goodies in the mail. Patreon will help me fund getting supplies such as sketchbooks, pay for promotional items such as postcards, and eventually help me go to conventions again. I don't have a job right now so every little bit helps keep the comic going.
