Throughout 2018, I will be working to produce more oil-free, plant-based cooking videos and cookbooks to reach, teach, and inspire people as they work to improve their health. With the financial support of patrons, I am able to broadcast live three times a week.  Tuesday nights, we discuss how to find balance in our busy week, overcoming challenges, exercise, and share those small successes that make us feel like big winners. Friday and Saturday mornings, I demonstrate new healthy recipes and answer cooking questions in real time.

I have earned certificates in wellness coaching and plant-based nutrition to guide people further along their plant-based journey.

This pledge level is for patrons who wish to discuss, in a private setting, their desire to improve their health and ask as many questions as I can answer in a 60-minute session.  

Afterwards, patrons may choose to schedule future sessions for  establishing and maintaining healthy habits that will lead them to their lifestyle goals.

The pledge tier secures one monthly 60-minute session.  Coaching sessions are carried out by phone or Skype. Contact me via email, [email protected], to schedule a session after pledging.
