Hi. I'm Joli St. Patrick—queer slam poet, game designer, parent, free range witch, and ethical slut. I make and share poetry because for me, the mic is a place to be real with each other, to share our darkness and light in an environment of trust and solidarity. That's why I spill my blood on the page and on the stage.

I read weekly at the Portland Poetry Slam, and I'm a contributor to the upcoming project Poems for the Queer Revolution.  I've written and published story games The Dreaming Crucible and Wilding Tales through my publishing imprint, Gently Press.

Your patronage here will support the poems I write, grounded in my raw, lived experience as a queer person, as a trans woman, as a radical parent, and as an abuse survivor. They'll sometimes be angsty, sometimes funny, sometimes sexy, sometimes traumatic. They will include content warnings as appropriate, so that you practice informed self-care as you enter this vulnerable space with me.

I'll be releasing these offerings online for free, reviewed and revised, in the form of an audio recording of me performing the poem, accompanied by . I'm planning to release about two poems per month, and never more than four.

Patreon is a great fit for this endeavor: the site sets up a relationship in which Patrons can pledge a dollar amount, and for every poem or game I release, I'll receive that payment. It's like a virtual tip jar. Poetry busking, if you will.

The rewards I'm offering for patrons include handmade papercraft copies of my poems, as well as the opportunity to give creative prompts or topics for upcoming poetry. I look forward to leaning into my vulnerability with you.

Plus a listing in the special thanks section, and I'll send you an email update every time I release a poem. Thank you so much!

$45 of $100 per poem
If we reach the $100 mark for pledges, I'll release a video of me performing each poem, uploaded to Youtube and linked in the Patreon Creation post.
