I'm a comedian, writer, and squirrel enthusiast. I wrote a book called Comedy of Doom. I recorded a stand-up comedy album with its own soundtrack called Flaw Fest. I have a podcast called Obsessed because it's illegal to be a comedian and not have a podcast. I spend X where X equals "too much time" on Twitter. Thank you for your time.

My name is Joseph Scrimshaw. I do comedy things. I’m a stand-up, a podcaster, and a writer for many different mediums. I've written and/or performed on RiffTrax, Wits, and Wil Wheaton's hit show TableTop. I googled me for you and came up with my website and a mostly accurate Wikipedia page.
WHAT IS THIS?
Patreon is like a Kickstarter but it’s not based on one big project. It's ongoing support for creative types and their projects.
WHAT DO YOU CREATE?
With your support, I create a couple of different comedy pieces every month. At minimum, I post:
1 comedy blog post per month. Pop culture parodies like Batman’s feelings about Jingle Bells or social commentary like The Worst Insult Ever.
2 episodes or more of my comedy podcast Obsessed.
And occasional comedy videos like Attack of the Netflix.
