I’ve created an online weekly workout program that people can subscribe and have exclusive access to. My program will include strength training, functional training, and cardio. The program can be challenging and may require 45-60 minutes of your day. I believe this would be a great way for people to consistent and easily add fitness to their lives. All of my Patreons will also receive coaching, scaled options for each workout, and nutritional guidance if necessary.
