Howdy ya'll, thanks for checking in. I'm just Julian, and I'm an Austin investigative reporter, photojournalist, advocate for the Citizens, the poor, the house-less and also our Family pets.  Seems like a lot right?  Freedom ain't free. You got to fight for your Right's Ya'll!

I have done intense grass-roots street advocacy all the way from my home, Austin, Texas, to St. Louis and even in Ferguson, Missouri. Ferguson was deeply touching, intense and eye-opening for me. It's where  the police previously executed a black man in cold blood, in daylight, then refused medical for over 4 hours to let him bleed out in the streets. Like it has been for Centuries, all to "Stockholm" and psychologically traumatize the entirety of Ferguson's black and lower socio-economic Communities. By forcing them to see how each black Citizen will be treated by their own hired guns: the KKK infiltrated Ferguson Police (DoJ findings), Sheriffs and St. Louis Police too.

I was very moved at Mike Brown's memorial and the street where We Cop Watch with David Whitt and Jacob Crawford taught the Community and individuals how to film and document police and Citizen interactions. Training the watchers to Bear Witness to Police Abuse and Police Crimes. This is the most American of ideals, to prevent tyranny of Kings and their Sheriffs. The Police and all of the USA Government only exist to serve the people's needs. All of us. Else they need not exist at all, and we can have a better system imagined. The sky's the limit!  This is according to Federal Creation documents, Founding documents by the Founders of the USA. The Declaration of Independence. Bill of Rights. Read it here: http://www.billofrightsinstitute.org/founding-docu...

I've been so forunate working along-side very proactive videography groups like Peaceful Streets Project, We Copwatch, Photography is not a Crime, and several others.   I've had the pleasure of also filming as legal documentarist in conjunction with Lawyers' Guilds, and the ACLU in Austin.  I've tried to learn as much law theory as I can while seeking guidance and assistance from several local activist and/or Civil Rights lawyers.  My path has had many encounters with varied "activists," advocates, journalists, and legal folks.

I try to take it all in stride.  But it is very complicated, to seek Freedom and Justice. And it is very overwhelming and biased towards corruption of the State and overreach of it's powers.

Projects currently in Austin, Texas, USA:

-  Proactively Exercise our Constitutional Rights to Film all Govt agents at work, interacting with Citizens

- Actively do Police and Government Transparency and Accountability

- Actively file and fight Civil Suits against misbehaving agents of the City of Austin, etc.

- Proactively defend the Rights of the Poor and lower socio-economics that I encounter daily.

- Actively seeking organization, fierce advocacy and Solutions to our deepest problems.

- Remove Barriers of positive change, barriers of humanity or our own solutions.

- Seek to defend and rebuild Freedoms and Justice for our Peoples. By all means necessary.

- Exercise and defend our First Amendment Rights. Including a Free Press, Free Speech, Freedom to Assemble, Freedom to Film and document our employees in our Govt.. If we are to be Free for long.

- much, much more stories, video, legal action, and ideas to come....with a little help from you and my other friends too!

I've been doing this mostly independently for over 4 years now. Ten thousand hours of video perhaps. Just sharing news and events, you know, like a real Journalist?  And then when I noticed that the Media did not cover the police fairly, I began to do more investigative-type journalism. And my work evolved again. I'm not sure where it's heading, so I'm documenting assemblies of all sorts and enough police video to begin legal action in defense of Austin's poorest Citizens.

I've done the groundwork. Now it's time to fund change.

Join up. We need you. It takes a Village to make the real change to come next.
Glad to meet you. Please post and say hi. And share this campaign of Freedom, Justice and Humanity.
Sound off, let's hear your voice in this solution-oriented approach.

I got a new plan ya'll...check this out.. ...

My goals have changed recently to a  more lofty, ambitious and Freedom-Seeking goal and I'll need all your help, support and direction. It's a stretch for an already busy Patriot for the People.
Ok here's the new ambitious goal for 2018.
For this year, and for the house-less poor in Austin, our Citizens, brothers and sisters in need, without legal defense or resources.

Man With Cane at ARCH arrested at gunpoint TRAILER

Homeless Woman Pleads for protection and help from AUSTIN POLICE

We need to help enable them to create their own legal documentation. To record the police interactions on the streets, at any hour day or night. And Holidays, especially Holidays when the Police abuse them, very shameful.

how APD tried to RUIN CHRISTMAS - Assault on the Homeless and Austin

They need our help, folks. We need them to be Free, and homes and care provided. This is our humanity being tested and the fabric of our society.

equipment to film:
I'm looking at buying some of these:
Transcend Drive Pro Clip Camera - Homeless Body Cam TEN

So each month that you help me raise $180, I will purchase and begin to train Austin's poorest Citizens to document police interaction. The good and the bad. We will do these one at a time, I think, since buying 10 lacked active response.

It's one idea for homeless body worn cameras and other models of body-worn cameras that can be given to "field reporters" and "Citizen Free Press" on our streets. Citizens just like you or I. Given the opportunity to make awareness, document police abuses, and foster safety reforms for the Citizens in need most. And positive, productive change for all of us.

Why these folks?  Because Police and City oppression is all around them in their daily life. It goes on with out any voice of reason and awareness to the general Public and the City's leadership as well are clueless of the effects of their policies on the poor. They sit in ivory towers announcing new holidays, new taxes, dictates, codified laws and spending $2 Billion in five years on the Austin Police. $3 Billion each year is the City's annual budget. Yet the Police are sent to harass, abuse, stalk, arrest, beat, and sometimes kill the homeless, directly and indirectly. We need to show them, and tell them what needs to be done in response. This is our Civic Duty. And our Moral Imperative. These house-less Citizens need to be able to defend themselves with video, in Courts of Law.

How to Film:   The interested Citizens will also undergo an intense legal documentarist and film school, under our existing project, a grass-roots Austin homeless filmer crew, called ACHE. Austin Copwatch Homeless Edition.

What you can do: If you would like to be involved, let me know.
If you can help or share. Please do.

It's a lofty goal. It will payoff a thousand times in Freedom for All. Bet me.
be the Change. Resist Oppression at the lowest levels.
