Le Pustra's Kabarett der Namenlosen is an immersive theatrical Production and contemporary interpretation of the infamous 1920’s in Berlin capturing the zeitgeist of the period.  The show explores the sexual and artistic freedom but also the dark, brooding undertones of the celebrated and well documented Weimar Republic Cabaret Culture during the interwar years.

In Kabarett der Namenlosen, queer "kunstfigur" Le Pustra (Babylon Berlin Season 3) reimagines the Weimar Republic Cabaret Culture through his own unique point of view. The show explores the sexual and artistic freedom enjoyed during those years and the aim of the production is to recapture the fast tempo of the 1920’s. This celebrated period in Berlin still fascinates us today and is more popular than ever with tourists, bohemians, artists and historians visiting from far and wide in search of that illusive but well documented “divine decadence”. 



Kabarett der Namenlosen has established itself as the ONLY dedicated 1920's Weimar Republic Theatrical Production since its Berlin debut in 2016 with sold out seasons ever since. We have been featured on BBC4, CNN, DEUTSCHE WELLE, ZDF and recommended by Vogue Magazine.

KDN currently receives no outside funding and rely solely on ticket sales. In order to continue with this very expensive production we need your help to invest in the show’s development and rising Production costs. For our planned run in late 2021  we have to pay the our new venue for rehearsal days as well as the cast and crew, we need to hire extra technical and backstage crew, commission costumes and upgrade our set. Plus a new marketing campaign to promote our show to a wider audience both in Germany and Internationally. We are also producing a short film/documentary about the message and the characters behind KDN and thus need to fund the costs of camera and equipment hire, editing, etc.
